This was just an okay read for me. I think I expected more of a legal thriller with a shocking and revealing conclusion. I felt like there were so many inaccuracies in the legal process. And while the beginning of the story pulled me in, I was horrified at the blatant racial discrimination that abounded. I think the author’s writing style will improve as he continues with this series and hopefully any constructive criticism in the reviews will assist him in his efforts.
