Sisters of the Midnight Sun (by Fiona Valpy)

I love reading historical fiction books and especially when they are set during WWII. This also featured a dual timeline which I really enjoy. The focus of the Nazi invasion of Norway was different for me. Fiona Valpy has become one of my favorite authors. Her ability to share from her immense research through the characters she creates is amazing. You will be pulled into this story of twins. This is an emotional read that will have your heart breaking at the loss experienced by Hanna and Ruby. The bond that develops between them will help heal your broken heart. This is one to put on your to-be-read list.
