A Child's Goodbye (by Ali Mercer)

Oh my goodness! What an emotional read. The decisions made by many of the characters and the repercussions were astounding. There were so many layers of misunderstandings that it made me sad. I loved Billy and the way his mother cared for and protected him. She only wanted what was best for him. And my heart soared as things began to line up and relationships began to heal. I loved how the author slowly untangled the story and allowed you to experience the myriad of emotions of the characters. Be prepared with a box of tissues. You will need them!
