When Strivings Cease (by Ruth Chou Simons)

This focus on the fact that we cannot work to achieve God’s love is touching. Society’s focus on being the best and having the most has influenced our lives and the author encourages the reader to accept God’s grace. I can’t say it was the best book I’ve read, but it would be a good book for a new Christian to read as they begin to grow. Thank you to NetGalley and Thomas Nelson for my advanced review copy.
