The Winemaker's Daughter (by Loretta Ellsworth)

I enjoy reading historical fiction books and especially those that take place during WWII. I also enjoy dual timeline books and this handled well. The characters are well developed and you will enjoy getting to know them as you get lost in the pages of this book. The two story lines will have you invested in the book and wanting to help Charlotte discover where the bottle of wine originated. This was a nice change of pace for the historical fiction genre and one I think readers who appreciate that type of book would enjoy.

Every Precious and Fragile Thing (by Barbara Davis)

I have enjoyed previous books by the author, Barbara Davis. However, this one just did not do it for me. I did not like the character … at all!! … and the story did not pull me in and have me invested

After Paris (by Mary Ellen Taylor)

This book has a lot of very positive reviews. So let me preface mine by suggesting you read it to see if it appeals to you. This was just a horrible read for me. It was a lot of smut and explicit sexu
