The Polish Wife ~ The Secret Resistance #2 (by Gosia Nealon

I love reading historical fiction books, especially those that take place during WWII. The characters are well developed and you will find yourself drawn into the story so that you are invested in their lives. This is definitely an emotional read. You will experience such intense heartache as you spend time with Anna while she is hiding in Poland but working for the resistance. The loss and danger are real and you will be flipping through the pages quickly to see how she survives such a traumatic time in history in one of the most war-torn countries in Europe during WWII.
