The League of Lonely War Women (by Andie Newton)

I love reading historical fiction books and especially when they are set during WWII. I am familiar with the part the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) played during the war. But I was not aware of the Morale Operational Branch and the League of Lonely War Women. This was psychological warfare at its finest. The characters are well developed and my heart broke when the relationship between friends Vivian Allan and Junie Knight was damaged. I enjoyed how the story carried forward into the time period following the war. And you will have a chance to see if the BFFS can heal the wound in their relationship.
