The Last Laugh Club (by Kate Galley)

Kate Galley never fails to entertain me when I pick up one of her books and get lost in the story. What a delightful and quirky act of individuals in their 70s who are “forced” to go on an adventure to fulfill the wishes of a friend who had passed away. Their journey is one of anxiety, disagreements, building of relationships, and discoveries. I loved the opportunity to spend time with Bridget, Gloria, and Derek. Very unique individuals and experiencing their time together and seeing their strengths and weaknesses made it an entertaining read. Still not sure who got “the last laugh.”
