The Foxhole Victory Tour (by Amy Lynn Green)

I enjoy reading historical fiction books and especially those that take place during WWII. This one was a little different focus in that it took place in North Africa. The characters are well developed, but the story itself is really slow and did not keep my attention. I had to force myself to keep reading until the end of the book. And the ending just kind of fizzled out and didn’t provide much incentive to have made it to the end. One positive aspect is having the opportunity to learn more about the USO during WWII and how it operated.
