The Croatian Island Library ~ Bookish Escapes #3 (by Eva Glyn)

It does not get much better when you are given the opportunity to read a book about a library that centers around friendships. The Croatian Island Library is full of a delightful and varied cast of character characters. The ability to experience summer days while sailing from one island to another aboard the floating library would be a dream come true for me. Getting to know this group of people who developed such a strong and heartwarming connection and experiencing the revelation of each character story and discovering that these people are more than just coworkers makes every moment you spend in the pages worthwhile. They are a family you did not know you needed. I highly recommend you set sail in this third book in the Bookish Escape series. You will feel the warm ocean breeze wash across your face and smell the delicious aromas of the food described. I am ready to book my next summer adventure.

Every Precious and Fragile Thing (by Barbara Davis)

I have enjoyed previous books by the author, Barbara Davis. However, this one just did not do it for me. I did not like the character … at all!! … and the story did not pull me in and have me invested

After Paris (by Mary Ellen Taylor)

This book has a lot of very positive reviews. So let me preface mine by suggesting you read it to see if it appeals to you. This was just a horrible read for me. It was a lot of smut and explicit sexu
