Starwood Magic ~ North Star B&B #4 (by Molly Summers)

I am definitely in the minority in my 2-star rating. And I should have known better than to pick up this book. I am not a fan of romance books ... especially if that’s all the book has to offer. This book was just too syrupy sweet for my taste. I thought I would go into a diabetic coma before I got a fourth of the way through the pages. Though I will say that it was a clean romance story. Gertrude’s loss was touching but her attitude irritated me. I admired her son-ion-law and his new wife. Their caring and supportive relationship with Gertrude, and her granddaughter, rescued this book from being a total disaster. Thank you to the author for my advanced review copy. All opinions and thoughts are my own.
