Poppy Harmon and the Shooting Star ~ Desert Flower #5 (by Lee Hollis)

I have thoroughly enjoyed the books in the Desert Flowers series. The characters are such a delight! Poppy and her cohorts, Violet and Iris, as well as the token stud muffin male, Matt, keep things interesting. I love the twists and turns and the way the older ladies kick butt and take names. They are not your typical private detectives and are smarter than most people give them credit. I loved getting lost in the pages with Poppy and can’t wait to see what the next adventure will be!
