I have fallen in love with the Sophie Kimball series by J. C. Eaton. As soon as a new book is being released, I anxiously await to see what craziness Sophie “Phee”; her mother, Harriet, and the rest of Harriet’s book club will get into. And you cannot forget Streetman, Harriet’s chiweenie. He is holy terror on four legs and will have you rolling your eyes at his uncontrolled behavior. The characters are well developed and I love the time I spend with the gang in Sun City, Arizona. The murder mystery ... or mysteries ... will have you flipping through the pages to discover who is guilty and how Phee will help uncover the clues to solve the mystery. Just a fun and lightweight cozy mystery that will provide hours of entertainment as you spend time with the delightful people of Sun City.
