Paper Cuts ~ Secret, Book, & Scone Society #6 (by Ellery Adams)

Though I own all of the previous books in the Secret, Book, & Scone Society series, this is the first one I have read. Not sure that was a good idea! There were a lot of characters to get to know and it may have helped if I had read earlier books in the series. The book a bit too long and that made it difficult for me to stay invested knowing how long it would be before I could get to the end and find out what was going on. I love books about books and when it is set in my home state of NC, then I am interested in getting lost in the story. Even though this one didn’t appeal to me, I will definitely go back and read the first book in the series to see if I want to spend any more time with the characters of Miracle Springs, NC and the Secret, Book, & Scone Society.
