Nash Falls ~ Walter Nash #1 (by David Baldacci)

I am a huge David Baldacci fan. I have loved his Amos Decker, John Puller, Atlee Pine, and 6:20 Man series. So I was excited at the opportunity to get immersed in a new one. I was so disappointed. I could not get invested in the story and the characters did not appeal to me. And while I forced myself to read the last word, I could not believe the ending. A cliff hanger ending did not make up for a lackluster book or encourage me to endure a second book in the series. So for me, this is a one and done. Even after two disappointing series, Archer and Nash Falls, I know the author can have me hooked with a wonderful and intriguing thriller, so I will definitely be up for another series to explore.
