Mrs. Morris and the Venomous Valentine ~ Salem B&B #9 (by Tracy Wilton)

I have enjoyed the books I have read in the Salem B&B series. This 9th one was a fun read because it took place around Valentine’s Day. I have grown to love the primary characters, Charlene, Sam, and Jack. There were a lot of extra characters who were spending time at the B&B. But, for the most part, they were unique enough that you did not get overwhelmed. The murder has you wondering until the end who is guilty. A delightful setting in Salem, Massachusetts with all the witchy aspects. While well into the series, you could read this as a standalone. But the characters are so personable and the stories keep you invested that I would recommend going back and reading from the first book to get to know the gang in Salem.
