Farm-Fresh and Fatal ~ Cook-Off #10 (by Devon Delaney)

I had already been given the opportunity to read this tenth book in the Cook-Off series before I had completed the previous book. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy this book any more than the ninth in the series. The storyline was okay and I enjoyed learning about potato farming and storage. However, the characters themselves did not appeal to me and I could not get pulled into the story and their lives. Maybe I would have a different opinion if I had read the earlier books in this series.

Every Precious and Fragile Thing (by Barbara Davis)

I have enjoyed previous books by the author, Barbara Davis. However, this one just did not do it for me. I did not like the character … at all!! … and the story did not pull me in and have me invested

After Paris (by Mary Ellen Taylor)

This book has a lot of very positive reviews. So let me preface mine by suggesting you read it to see if it appeals to you. This was just a horrible read for me. It was a lot of smut and explicit sexu
