Death on Dickens Island ~ Books on the Beach #1 (by Allison Brook)

I have loved books written by the author, Allison Brook. So I was excited at the opportunity to start a new series. The characters are well developed and I look forward to getting to know them better and spend time on Dickens Island. The murder mystery will pull you into the story and you will be treated to a lot of twists and turns as multiple suspects are introduced. The relationships of the people on the island ... and especially between Delia and the veterinarian and her former high school sweetheart, Jack, will have you anticipating the next adventure with the people of Dickens Island. A little bit of paranormal activity, but it does not take away from this delightful new series.
