Dead Men Don't Play Fetch ~ Andy Carpenter #33 (by David Rosenfelt)

I am always excited when I am blessed with the opportunity to get lost in the pages of an Andy Carpenter book. Listening to the audiobook version is also a plus. The narrator, Grover Gardner, does a phenomenal job of capturing Andy’s snarky sense of humor. I love the characters ... from Andy to his wife, Laurie, the gang who helps with the latest court case Andy has gotten drawn into, to the dogs ... especially the dogs! I found myself flying through the pages as I experienced Andy’s unique methods to helping prove his client is innocent. I was engaged in the book from the moment I opened it and was treated to a delightful story with murder, intrigue, humor, engaging characters, and a surprise discovery. I cannot wait for the next book in the series. It will be at the top of my to-be-read pile!
