Cross My Heart (by Megan Collins)

This book was an interesting read. I was drawn into the story based on the fact that Rosie received a heart transplant. (I have a friend who has had 3 kidney transplants. So anything related to transplants always grabs my attention.) This one definitely has you feeling edge as you wonder the real story behind how the woman died whose heart was donated to Rosie. There are lots of twists and turns … some maybe a little over the top … and way too many characters you need to remember. An okay read, but I felt myself a little overwhelmed and not enjoying the book as much as I had hoped.
