Catch Me If You Candy ~ Bakeshop #17 (by Ellie Alexander)

I have not read all of the books in the Bakeshop series, but I have loved the ones I have read so far. The characters are well developed and I have grown to love so many of them. The individuals who work at Torte are pretty much family. The way they work together, support each other, compliment each other’s talents is so refreshing. And I love the Sunday Suppers. I wish there was a restaurant where I live that offered that type of thing. I would try to be a guest every time!

The mystery had lots of twists and turns that kept you interested and glued to the pages. The Halloween theme was an extra treat! The food they serve had my stomach growling and my mouth watering. So delightful characters, a wonderful setting, great food, and a fabulous mystery … what more could you ask for in a book?
